For VLS we realized process and personal audit in 2009 which was focused on holistic evaluation of functioning and effectiveness of the firm. Outcome of the audit were recommendations for varied changes and plan of realizations.

For ČEZ we are preparing, in long term, unique training program focused on work safety – PLAY SAFE. In the year 2006 we were awarded by “Price of personnel managers” for this program. Outcome of this program was development of knowledge and skills of managing operative personal related with culture of power plant run safety.

For this customer we realized a project which was focused on human resources development in form of implementing competency model, educating system and implementing system of motivation and evaluation. A part of this project was comprehensive development of company’s management in management skills supporting implementation of changes resulting from individual parts of the project.

Wüstenrot

With the Wüstenrot company we cooperate since 2004. Together we realized trainings for employees in fields; increase in creativity, stress and conflicts management, negotiating, coaching, etc. Our coaches also led several workshops here. Main point of our partnership was two-year educational program for managers of financial group Wüstenrot.
