Profession profile
- Charismatic personality with natural authority
- Practice in consultancy field
- Experiences with project management
- Very good communicational and negotiating skills
- Orientation in the field human resources management is advantage
- Time flexibility
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office and eventually tools for process documentation
- Knowledge of systems quality management and efficiency increase
- Analytical thinking
